Broadcast sending

You can send messages to your bot audience via broadcasts.

The message can contain buttons with:

• Button to join the application.

• URL to another website or Telegram group.

• Telegram commands to your bot.

If the user blocked the bot, the user will be skipped until they unlock the bot again and send /start message.
